WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We proudly stand by the quality of our merchandise and want you to love your purchase. If, for whatever reason you don't absolutely LOVE your purchase, please email us at info@cottonandcottageboutique.com and let us know. We will work with you to make sure you are happy.

COTTAGE RETURNS

You can return HOME DECOR items within 14 days of package being delivered. We will offer you either a monetary refund (to the original method of payment) minus the shipping fees, or a store credit. Sorry, but we do not allow exchanges.

If you choose to return your item(s), please make sure it is: 

  • New and unused
  • Damaged or defective
  • In original condition with original packaging intact
  • Shipped back to us within 14 days of package being delivered

You may need to show proof of your purchase (order confirmation email, etc.) You may also be asked to send pictures of the damaged or defective item.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. Damage/Defective claims must be made within 3 days (M-F) of delivery date. 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. 

COTTON RETURNS

You can return CLOTHING & ACCESSORY items within 14 days of package being delivered. Please note that store credit will be issued for returns on clothing.  

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us. All claims must be made within 3 days (M-F) of delivery date.  

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package

We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
